Christmas cake

This was my christmas cake which i did in my class.

I made carnations, holly and ivy leaves

I made and painted this picture on top, crimped     and piped shells. Not bad for my 1st cake?

This is a picture of my teddybear which was hand made and moulded from paste.

Spring banana cake

After learning how to make sugar flowers, i decorated this cake with hand made spring flowers- hence the name.
